UPDATE DECEMBER 16, 2016: ADOPTION PENDING ON CLOVER
Hi, Clover here!
I am adjusting well in my wonderful foster home, but there are a LOT of other dogs here and I would sure like more unshared attention. Not to mention another young four- legged playmate. I'm just 2 and the other doggies here are ancient seniors.....I think I must be in a retirement home. They like me but I run circles around them, literally. I'd really love a forever home with a fenced in yard so I can run and run and run.
The cats are great. I am learning all about them and how to play nice with them. I didn't know anything about them when I got here last week. One of the kitties even plays with me and chased me! It was very fun!
I know my basic manners and foster mommy and daddy are patient teaching me lots more. I can sit, stay, come, place. I do NOT like to be told "no" though, and mommy and daddy think I would enjoy going to training school. I can't wait!! But I am a REALLY good girl.....everyone tells me that a lot. I will stand on my hind legs and beg for your attention and hugs. I LOVE to curl up in the chair with you for naps and am a very best girl snuggled up in my spot on the bed. I would love an active family but sorry, no small children - I need to graduate school with honors before we consider that.
Did I mention how much I love water? I love playing in the sprinkler and can't wait to go to the beach and hope that someday my forever home might even have a swimming pool.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats
Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
