Hi everyone! I am Eddie and I am ready for my forever family. I was found wandering the streets on the 4th of July down in TN. You know how fireworks frighten many of us and we often get confused and lost if we are left outdoors on such a scary day. A family found me and tried to find my family but they could not be found. So they dropped me off at a clinic where I was taken care of until ERU took me in. From what I hear I was an "outdoor dog." Not only am I heartworm positive but some of my teeth are worn down from chewing on a chain or other hard materials. Thanks to ERU I will never be chained again or left outdoors unsupervised and I will be heartworm free in a few months. I am a sweet eskie boy and I love just sitting at my foster mommy's feet or being by her side whatever she's doing. I love to be brushed and I love to roll around on dryer sheets right after the clothes come out of the dryer (silly I know). I also like when my foster mommy uses the hair dryer and blows it on me. I get along with the other eskies here, but I'm a little cautious when meeting new dogs for the first time. I am a very good boy and will make someone a wonderful forever friend. If you'd like to know more about me please contact my foster mommy Brenda at basmith74 @gmail.com To learn about the "gentle method" for treating heartworms please download the file named "HWpres" below.
