LOCATION:Spring Hill, FL

CJ here in sunny Florida. It took me a while to get to my foster home all the way from Athens, AL. A wonderful man helped ERU and pulled me from the shelter and took me to his vet. I got all my shots and the tec spent lots of time pulling many ticks off of me.

I then traveled to a temporary foster in MS awaiting transport to Florida. Well I was there long enough they got me scheduled for a neuter appointment. The night before my surgery there was an offer from a great guy to pick me up and take me all the way to Florida. I could not pass it up so skipped the surgery and was on my way to Florida.

My foster mom Lou says I am a sweetheart and I get along with her 3 year old grandson too. I am housetrained and she is working on my nasty habit of digging holes.

I am all up to date on shots, HW negative and just waiting on my neuter surgery and then I can go to my furever home.

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
