Hello, my name is Chloe! I am a miniature American Eskimo girl, about 2 years old and weighing about 13 pounds. I am a very sweet and obedient little girl, and very beautiful as well, as you can tell by my pictures! Don't I sit and pose just like an award-winning show dog?

I am spayed, current on all my shots, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. I'm also house- and crate-trained.

I don't especially like all other dogs. Some are okay, but I'd probably do better in a home without other dogs. I love to play tug-of-war with anyone who will play with me, though I do get a bit aggressive at it, because I play to win! For that reason, a home without small children would be better suited for me. I also love the doggie pool! I will jump in and splash water out with my nose-what a blast!! But I'm also perfectly content sitting at your feet, in your lap or right next to you! I'm waiting to find my new forever home. Will that be with you? Do you have room for me in your home and your heart? I am very eager to please you and keep you company.

If you are interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Burkesville, KY with my foster mommy, Tanya. If you would like to know more about me, please send an e-mail right away!

Is Not Good with Dogs, Is Not Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
