LOCATION: Simpsonville, SC 8/15/09 Yuki is coming back into rescue on her Birthday! Not her fault she is a sweet, loving playful girl but the family is having to move to take care of a sick relative and do not know what there living situation will be. Yuki's new foster is trying fostering to see if they want to adopt a dog so giving them a chance to become familiar with Yuki before putting her available. If you are a busy working person that wants a nice dog to keep you company when you are home, then Yuki would easily fit into your lifestyle. Yuki is fully housebroken and she is good all day while you are away. She respects the human things around the house. Having only a moderate activity level, she does not require large amounts of exercise and a small yard is sufficient for her. She would be ideal if you live in an apartment or condo. She walks very well on a leash (no tugging or pulling from this gal!) and she is more than happy to be your walking buddy any time. But if you cannot find the time to walk then Yuki is content to be a couch potato with you. Yuki is a good watchdog too! She will bark when something is near the house but she settles down nicely when the coast is clear. Otherwise, she does not bark excessively. Yuki used to live with cats a few years ago and she was fine with them. She never lived with a dog until she arrived at her foster home but she accepted the challenge and lives peacefully with him. Yuki has never lived with children. She would probably be suitable in a home with older children or where children come to visit. Yuki is very playful. She likes squeaky plush toys and will toss them in the air over her head but she does not tear them up. Yuki was introduced to clicker training in her foster home. She thoroughly enjoys training sessions and she is very eager to please. Yuki loves to be brushed and if you wanted to brush her all day, that would be fine with her! Yuki was given a clean bill of health by the vet. Her date of birth is 8/15/02. Yuki is an attractive, 17-inch tall standard Eskie with a pleasant disposition. If you are searching for a loyal, trustworthy dog, then Yuki is definitely worth consideration.
