Frost is an adorable small Eskie. She was abandoned, so we are learning about her. She doesn't understand the purpose of toys so a perfect home for her would be one with a dog who likes to play. She loves other dogs. My dogs are older and afraid of her in your face attitude, so she's bored here. I'm betting she would play great with a dog used to playing with dogs. She's no stranger to getting into it if a dog growls at her to back away, so it's important for her to meet any dog she would live with. She's definitely fiesty. She likes to take walks sometimes, and sometimes not, she will sit and refuse to go, so a yard would be best for her. Don't need a high fence, she not into escaping, so even a 3' would work fine. She really loves to chase squirrels, and investigate frogs. She's lively and engaged outside. She is ok riding in a car. She is a roll over belly up sweetie, unless the vet gets a needle out, then she's out for blood. In the house, she's a follow you around girl, just need to stay close. She is so sweet.  She's not a extreme barker, but she does have an extreme shrill screech when you leave the house or even the room sometimes. Luckily it doesn't last long, but it'll wake you up. And even outside, she doesn't want to be far.  she's a keeper who will be your best friend. You can email me at katana653@aol.com for more info.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
