Hi! My name is Jasper and I'm looking for some new People. My old People didn't take very good care of me, and a Person in a uniform came and took me away. He took me to a place with many other dogs and someone at that place called ERU to help me find a home. Boy am I glad that ERU showed up - the day they came to save me my kennel got washed, and I got hosed down right along with my kennel :( I was so happy to see the nice lady who picked me up, and then I got to go on a car ride. Cool!

I loved the car ride and I made myself cozy between that see-through stuff and the top of the back seats. It was nice and warm, but the lady from ERU said I was "in the way", whatever that meant! I had to sit up front after that =\ The nice lady brought me to a new place with lots of dogs, but this time the dogs were all happy. No one lives in cages and they get to play all day. What a neat place to be! The ERU lady explained that I would get to stay here and play with my new friends until my new People found me. Are you my new People?

I'm a small guy and I'm very friendly. I like to dance on my hind legs, just like my ancestors did in the circus. I promise that if you adopt me, I will perform a circus show for you (especially if there is something yummy involved). I would really like a new home with some new People who treat me well. Are you my new People?

Good with Dogs

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
