Hi Kids:

My name is “Ginger” and I am the newest ERU baby girl!  Geez I have no idea how I ended up running the streets in central Florida, a guy picked me up and took me to this scary place called a shelter where big mean dogs were barking all the time (I am really scared of big bad dogs), then they started poking me and then sent me to someone called a Vet to be spade…….then an ERU Angel came and picked me up and took me home.

I am only 7-months old, even though I’m a baby girl I am really smart, not to mention loveable. My foster Mom say’s I’m a clinger because I always want to be on her lap, touching her, in bed with her or at the very least be able to see her. The first day I was here, my Mom disappeared behind a curtain; I thought she had left me.  When I poked my head around the corner of the curtain…Yeah..I found her in something called a shower, so I jumped in to be close to her.  She says I am REALY smart, the first day I was here she considered naming me “Peesalot”…OK..OK I didn’t know that’s what the grass in the back yard was for.  Now I have my very own palace (crate), to help me with something called “potty training”, and since I really like my name “Ginger”, and it makes everyone so happy when I go pee pee outside and I love the “Good Girl” loving and treats I get.

Warning…because I am sooo smart, it is really important I go to a furever family that will teach me strict proper manners, because if you are not Eskie experienced, I could easily take over and make your life miserable.

Of course I am up to date on all vaccinations, have been spade and heartworm negative.  My foster Mom say’s she has never felt more loved, when I am sleeping on her lap.

So if you love baby girls, have lots of patience, like to make frequent trips to the back yard, of course that’s a securely-safe fenced play area. If you want a puppy to snuggle, cuddle and be with you all the time

…IT’S ME “GINGER”

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
