I am a very quiet, shy boy looking to be someone’s new best friend. I walk like a perfect gentleman on a leash, I never pull my person. I enjoy a brisk walk or two every day, but don’t need too much exercise. I would make a great apartment dog, as I’m petite and very quiet, I rarely bark. As I spent the summer in a shelter with many other dogs, I know I would much prefer a quiet home without other dogs. But I will be nice enough when I meet a dog on our walks. And, I don’t mind an older cat or two wandering about. I would make a perfect companion for a single person, or a couple with no children, or older children (young children can make me nervous). I’m very friendly once you get to know me, but it does take me a bit to warm up to new people. You might need to visit with me a few times while we get to know each other before I can be adopted and go home with you. I’m staying with my foster mother in Newton, MA (right next to Boston). She’ll be happy to tell you more about me. You can e-mail her at lbceriani@aol.com More about Randy of MAIs Not Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered).
