*** New Brighton, PA ***: Hi! I was abandoned at a shelter with my daughter, Pippi. My old owners said that we "escaped too much". I say we were left outside to our own devices all day! I got really depressed at the shelter and didn't even want to walk. The nice folks at ERU came and got me and now life is much better! I'm a very happy little girl. I love, love, love to give kisses! In fact, Foster Mom says she won't even consider a home for me with people who don't like dog kisses. It's that important to me! I've never had any training so I really could use some obedience courses. I tend to get excited and jump up a lot. I'm also protective of my home and will bark and may nip at strange people I'm not introduced to. I do get used to new people if given time though. It's probably best if I got to a home without cats. There is a kitty here and I think I would like to get a taste of him! I really like to be around my family a lot. I would love to have someone to hang out with all day. If Foster Mom and Dad go upstairs and don't take me with them I start to cry. I am working on crate training and they say I'm doing really well!
