Hi everyone! My name is Tommy and I am a toy sized American Eskimo mix. I am about 10 lbs, 1.5 year old and two tons of love! I like to sit next to you when we are just hanging out together. When I am outside, I will need secure fencing as I am very playful and adventurous. I love to run, play, love and be held. 

I really love playing chase/ tag, and enjoys chewing on knee bones. I love playing with mini tennis balls and I play well with other dogs. I am submissive, cuddly and gives kisses. I don't like being left at home; I would rather be with my parents every second of the day and follow you around like a shadow. I love long walks, chasing a ball and now know the command sit and is working on the command stay. I don't bark all the time, usually just when I hear another dog bark or when see a shady character.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
