Hi, my name is Willie! I'm a 3-year old miniature American Eskimo boy who weighs about 18 pounds. I'm still all puppy at heart, a very happy guy who loves to play and run! But I'm also perfectly content to sit in your lap and watch TV with you; I'll let you pet or comb me all night. And in the mornings I'm full of energy and ready to greet the world! I get along very well with other dogs, as well as with people and kids. In fact, I just love being the center of attention! Isn't that why I was born? :o) I'm neutered, current on all my vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. I'm also housebroken. I'm a good boy, just full of love and smiles! Wouldn't you like to have me in your life? I know I am waiting for my new forever family-will that be you? Won't you give me a chance at a wonderful life? If you are interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Burkesville, KY with my foster mommy, Tanya. If you would like to know more about me, please send an e-mail right away! Please contact Liz at: liz@eskierescuers.org for more information on me! You can also go to our web site at: www.eskierescuers.org and fill out an adoption application for me! Thank you and WOOF! Willie!
Eskie Rescuers United
|
Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.
There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
