Hello, my name is Foxey. I'm a quiet, very timid little girl who is looking for my forever home. I was rescued from a shelter by a nice lady who was trying to work with me to help me to be less afraid of people. I was doing really well but had to move on to a new place, and that caused me to become afraid again.
Right now, there are some great people who are working with me on socialization skills. I've only been here for a couple of days but I'm already feeling so much better! I have a ways to go yet, but once I've gotten through my socialization training, I hope to find my new family and love them forever! See, despite the fact that I'm a bit afraid of people, I'm actually a really sweet girl who is just looking for that right person to love me back! The rescue group thinks I am an Eskie/Corgi mix. I have a lot of Eskie features, but cute little short legs like a Corgi. I am housetrained, so you don't have to worry about that with me! I play well with other dogs, but since I'm so unsure around new people, would probably be better off in a home with no small children. With all this great training I'm getting, I don't want to regress again! If you are interested in more information about me, please send an e-mail to Chris at cat7wmn@msn.com. You'll be so happy you did!
