Hi everyone! My name is Merry!

I'm the biggest of the litter but I'm not fat, I'm fluffy! Foster mom says that I'm like a side kick to my sister Arwen because I don't necessarily start the trouble, but I'm usually involved! I'm a pretty smart little girl. I've already figured out to do my business on puppy pads!

My momma, Hoppy, came into ERU very pregnant and a couple of weeks later had 4 little bundles of joy! Both mom and dad are American Eskimo/Chihuahua mixes. Dad is 11lbs and mom is about 12lbs so I'll probably be around that size, although there's no guarantee I won't get bigger!

My adoption fee is $325 plus a spay/neuter deposit. You get the deposit back once you provide proof of getting me fixed! Please don't put in an application for me unless you are really prepared for a puppy. That means chewing, housebreaking, lots of obedience training, and probably lots more chewing too! ERU has a neat deal that if you take me to obedience classes, you get a $25 rebate!

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
