Hello! My name is Juneau and I'm searching for my perfect new home! I'm a beautiful miniature Eskie - if I don't say so myself!

I was formerly in a home that really didn't know what to do with me and my dominant tendancies. You see, I think I'm in charge!! Right now I'm in a doggie daycare who is working with me to learn some manners and socialization. I love other dogs so I'm a great playmate! It's people that I tend to become very attached to and possessive of. What can I say, I LOVE my people!

So I plan to be learning these things over the next week or two so I'll be ready to go to my new home and be a great companion! I'm super smart so it won't take me long to learn what I need to know!

I'm used to being around adults and teenagers, but probably wouldn't do well around small children, so in my forever home, it would be best not to have children. Also, I can be a bit nervous when you first meet me, but give me a couple of minutes and I'll warm right up to you!

I will need an owner who is willing to keep up my training and socialization. But really I'm looking for someone who will love me and take care of me forever! If you would like more information on me, contact Chris at cat7wmn@msn.com. She'll be waiting to tell you all about me!

Good with Dogs

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
