I am located in Randallstown, MD (near Baltimore).

Update:  I'm eating dog food and actually liking it!  At first my foster mommy had to feed me by syringe because I would roll in the dog food (isn't that what we're supposed to do with dog food?).  I need to gain some weight before I can get neutered so it may be another week or so before I'm ready.  Stay tuned...

Hi Everyone!  I am Cosmo, a super-sweet, very cute, little eskimo boy.  Sadly, my mommy had to give me up  because of divorce and losing her home.  She had me since I was 10 weeks old (my birthday is 11-25-2002).  But I am a happy fellow and I'm learning my way around here very quickly.  I wag my tail when my foster mommy looks at me and I love to sit in her lap.  I get along fine wth the other five eskimos here and I am good with cats too.  I am great with children and I love to go on walks.  I am a very thin boy; my family fed me human food so my foster mommy is trying to get me to eat dog food (yuck!).  I'll be going to the vet this week to get neutered and up to date on all of my vaccines.  My foster mommy says whomever adopts me will be one fortunate human.  I can't wait to be a part of a forever family.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
