Arctic, a gorgeous sweet Sammy (Sammy mix?) is available for adoption through Canine Humane Network (CHN) in Highland, MD.

Arctic was being given away free and thankfully CHN was able to rescue him. He will be neutered and fully vetted on Thursday, Dec 12th.
