Meet Aspen

Aspen is a male Miniature American Eskimo who came to us from the pound. Therefore, we don't have any history about him. We will learn more, as he settles into his foster home and they get to know him.
Estimated Birthday 12/26/2020 and he is a slim 21 pounds ( could gain another couple pounds to be at a healthy weight)
So far, Aspen is a bit shy and timid when you first meet him. He is in a home with other dogs and cats. The foster home said he would do best in a home WITHOUT CATS as he wants to chase them. So far he hasn't been around kids.
The foster home is working with him on this.
Aspen loves the snow and you will find him in the fenced yard plowing through the snow with his nose and rolling around in it.
Aspen sleeps in a kennel at night and also when the family is away from the home..
Aspen would do well with an active family who can provide lots of attention and outdoor activities. 
All medical work is completed prior to adoption including neuter shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip and vet examination. 
The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com. 
Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
