Hi my name is Frosty and I am an energetic 2 year old. My mom just had a skinbaby and I get so excited around the baby it makes my mom nervous. So mom is helping me find a home where the kids are older. I love to play and an 8 year old or older skinkid playmate would be so much fun!

I am up-to-date on my shots and have been neutered. My teeth are great as my mom brushes them and I work on my greenies. No one likes a playmate with bad breath! I am house trained and crate trained. Just say nite nite and I know to go to my crate. I know sit, stay, quiet (for the baby) let’s go and get the ball.

I am a bit nervous in new situations and around new people but once I know you I just want to play. Did I say I like to play? I am really smart and will learn tricks if you want to teach me.

I need a little work on walking on a leash. Don’t get me wrong I love to go for walks but I tend to walk you instead of you walking me. I do like to jump up a lot it is just all this energy I have. I think I could be part jumping bean!

I’m not really interested in other dogs. Have not been around cats or any other small animals. I just really want a skinkid that wants to be my playmate!

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
