Hi!

Foster Mom and Dad took me to the Michigan Renaissance Fair this weekend!  I had so much fun getting pets from all the people there.  There were sooo many people there to get pets from and give kisses to!  I even liked the little short people loving on me.  Foster Mom says that since I did great there, I'd probably do great anywhere.  She also said that I need to learn not to pull so much on the leash, but I was so excited!

My name is Miko!  I'm in ERU because my previous family didn't have the time or money to properly take care of me.  But that's OK, there are a lot of doggies here to play with!

 

I'm still just a puppy so I have a lot of energy.  If fact, Foster Mom was really frustrated trying to get pictures because I'm always on the move!  I think everything is exciting and I can't wait to share new experiences with my new family!

 

I like to play with kids and other dogs.  I also like to play with cats, if they'll let me.  I would love to have little friends to play with in my new home!

 

My previous owners didn't teach me not to go potty in the house so Foster Mom is teaching me now.  She also says I also would really benefit from an obidence class or two.  ERU even has a rebate if you take me to one!

 

I go to get "fixed" on Sept 8th.  I'm not really sure what that means, but Foster Mom says I can go to a new home afterwards so it can't be that bad, right?

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
