Arf! (Or "Hello!" in human speak!) My name is Mayah and I'm one of the most beautiful Eskie girls you have ever seen, right? :) I'm hoping to find a new home since mine has gotten rather full. WIth four kids, I'm not getting the attention that I'd like, and my family feels that I deserve to be spoiled. Don't let my age discourage you; remember, Eskies have longevity on their side and can live into their upper teens! I may be a little older, but I'm still playful and fun to be around! I've spent my entire life around children and people, so I'm a very friendly girl. While I'm not necessarily bad around other dogs, I may do best in a home with only one or no other dogs. I tend to be territorial about my food and avoid playing with other dogs, so please keep this in mind when considering whether I'm a match for you. Personally, I would LOVE to be an only dog and to be spoiled! Oh, I also don't mind cats. I am full house trained and non-destructive. Like any typical Eskie, I will bark if people come to the door or if I hear a delivery truck or unexpected noise. I don't mind strangers, though it may take me a few minutes to warm up to them. If you would like more information about me, please contact Heather at heather@eskierescuers.org, or fill out an application!!
