Hi! Thanks for looking at me!! My name is Dexter and I will be 1 yrs old on the 4th of July!! Mom says that I am full of energy and a silly little dog! I am almost housebroke, (I still make a few mistakes when I get excited) SORRY! I would love to have a home where I can run really fast and play with lots of toys! (mom says I need a fenced in yard) I love to play with my brothers and sisters. But I would be ok to be a only child too. (and hog all the attention!) I am a lap dog and follow mom around the house. I am happy to just lay where ever she is. I like to take walks and chase bubbles!! (mom blows them just for me!) If you think you would like to get to know me better, please talk to mom. I really need a great forever home to live the rest of my life in!! Thanks again, DEXTER!!

Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
