Hi everyone! I'm Frisky and I am a pretty eskie girl (aren't we all!). I love to sit in my foster mommy's lap and get lots of attention. I love following my foster dad around. After a walk I really love to curl up on my bed. I would love to be an only dog in a family with no children as I am not good at sharing the attention and affection of my person with other dogs, but I will ignore a cat in the house. I enjoy long walks and do well on short and long road trips. If you are interested in meeting me please e-mail my foster mommy Kathy at katana653@aol.com Note: Frisky was rescued by ERU in April, 2011. Her owner threatened to take her in the back yard and shoot her if rescue did not take her! We adopted her to a nice family in May, 2011. The family just returned her to ERU as they said they are getting too old to care for her and she growls (has not bitten) at their granchildren and at the neighbor's dog. She needs a good leader willing to work with her. She is learning quickly to sit, stay, and come with treats. She is very loyal and sweet. She seems to love all adults we come into contact with, and hasn't bothered any dogs when we run into them on a walk. As she doesn't know how to play, she would be best with adults or older kids. But she understands cuddles and loves being with people! Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state. Other Pictures of Frisky of DE (click to see larger version):
