I just got into rescue so everyone is still learning about me. So far they know I am super sweet. No aggression of any kind. I like other dogs, and people. I have not met a cat yet. Although I think I would probably be ok with them. I am a lover, I do seem to have some separation anxiety since I will bark, nonstop if you put me in a crate and I cant see you. It is just I have never had a person to love before. So I want to make sure my person does not go away again. See I was kept in a shed in a barn and used for breeding. The SPCA came and took me and some of my friends away because nobody was feeding us. I am underweight and should probably gain about 7-8 lbs. Not all of us were so lucky. My one friend who got out with me, died 2 days after we were rescued. I am very healthy, just very skinny. I need some loving care, and I will be a beautiful loving little guy. I do need to know what is proper behavior to live in a house. I am learning, but still need some training. I am very eager to learn. I am looking for a patient teacher. Have you ever had that yearning to be a teacher? If so I am your guy!!

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
