Hi, I'm Mandy. I was turned in to Animal Control along with 2 other dogs because Child Protective Services said my family had too many pets. Some angels rescued me and now I am in a foster home with other four legged friends! -------------------------------- Mandy can be very timid and afraid and acts like she was abused in the past. It is reported that she is especially uncomfortable around men. However, she begged for belly rubs from a man when she was professionally groomed recently so I guess it depends on the man. She can sit and shake hands on command but is terrible with walking on a leash. We are working on that! Due to her puppy energy she will need a home with a fenced yard. Also she should be taken for professional training (highly recommended). She sits nicely for the leash to be put on but tries to bolt out the door. She also bolts in the door when we are coming in! She is anxious to please but just can't keep her puppy energy contained! Mandy is a real snuggle bunny! She thinks she is a lap dog! I recently took her in to be groomed and the groomer said she was a bit afraid at first but almost fell asleep when she was being dried. All the groomers loved her and she begged all of them for belly rubs when she was done! If you're interested in Mandy and would like more information, please contact Marie at shibamarie@hotmail.com You can also visit our website and fill out an adoption application. Thank you and WOOF!
