Oh man, here I am looking for another home! My former family doesn’t like the fact I cannot be left off leash. I just cannot help myself as I LOVE to run and play!! So I'm looking for a family that has a fenced yard so I can go out and play and run around. I've had a hard time finding the right home, but I know the right one is out there. My first owner was not able to care for me because she was in the military and was deployed. So she contacted Eskie Rescuers to help me find a new home. I hopped in the car with her and we headed East…she was going all the way to North Carolina, but I got off in Denver cause I thought I had found my forever home. But as I said they didn't have a yard so I had no where to go to run and play! I would really like a home with a fenced yard...that would be perfect for me. I am a typical Eskie and need a warming up period with strangers, but it really doesn't take me very long. I get along with cats and other dogs and I really like kids! Right now, I am staying in Cheyenne, WY with a wonderful lady that has 4 other dogs of her own. My favorite is Gypsy another American Eskimo. We play for hours everyday. The other dogs are kind of small and don't seem to want to play but Gypsy is great. My foster mom thinks I'm great, well-behaved, housebroken, listen to commands like sit, down, come, and off. Foster Mom says "move" sometimes and I have figured out that I need to get out of the way or get stepped on. So far Mom hasn't seen me jump u p on anyone maybe it's because I have so many fun distractions with the other dogs. When I am in the yard, I like to bark at strangers and Mom also thinks I have been de-barked whatever that is. She tells me to hush sometimes so I quit barking when she does that otherwise I get to take a nap in my crate :) I am neutered, up to date on shots, HW negative and really want to find a home that will be my final one! As much as I like to run I really would prefer to settle in with one family. Would you be that family for me? Oh yea…they call me Wolfie.
