Update: This sweet boy will be going to his forever home next weekend!
Hi, my name is Andy. Actually, I came into rescue as Alex but my foster mom didn't think that fit me so she renamed me Andy. The vet tech really thought I am a mix with a border collie because she said I look just like her dog, but the rescue really isn't sure what I'm mixed with. But my fur is very, very soft and I have a really pretty tail! I was an owner surrender because the people that had me just couldn't afford to take care of me so rescue angels got me all fixed up. I am now neutered, up to date on my shots, and they found out that my eye isn't just a "lazy eye", but that I am mostly blind in the one eye. That doesn't stop me whatsoever!! I can run, play and love you with the best of 'em! I am a sweetheart of a pooch and love to be held and petted. I do sleep in a crate at night although I am housetrained. I love my stuffed toys and you can see a picture of me down below where I am "mouthing" my toy and I fell asleep like that! Mom's chuckling woke me up. Because I am a puppy, I really need to go to obedience school. I know a few commands but not well. Foster mom is working on down, stay, sit, come while I'm in her care but I could use some really professional stuff. I have the potential to be a wonderful, great, super, lovable, and fabulous family pet for the right family. A fenced yard is gonna be a must because of all my puppy energy, too.
