Hi my name is Cooper. I am a young boy, under a year old. I am looking for a forever home. I don't know why my other home didn't work out. I was a good boy. Now I am making sure to be the best boy ever!

I am young and very trainable. I haven't developed a lot of bad habits as of yet, so if you be my forever home you can teach me the best way to behave in order to be your best friend forever.

I love to play, and have a lot of energy. Due to my age and energy level I would do best in an active family household. Some formal training classes would be beneficial also. Psst, I hear you can get a slight refund of your adoption fee if I go to training class.


I love to play with other dogs, so if you have another dog that would be awesome. I play with toys also. There are a lot of toys here at the foster home.

I did meet a cat and didn't think too much about it. If you have cats that would be fine.

I am going to be neutered soon so that will be taken care of, which as I understand it I can't father children after that. Speaking of children, I will be good with kids.

I will be the best boy ever so pick me to be your best friend forever.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
