Colby's owners have two small children, so they want to move Colby in to a home where he can get more attention. Colby gets along great with the kids and has never bitten; they just want to give him to a home where he gets more walks and play time.
American Eskimo dogs are "alert barkers" and Colby is true to breed. A great watchdog, and he also may bark a bit when he plays.
