Casper is located in Columbia, MD. Casper is a 5-year-old purebred American Eskimo Dog. He's a beautiful boy who is sensitive enough to be pretty stressed out living in our shelter, although he's slowly been getting used to our routine. At first, he was very timid, but he's already coming out of his shell. We think he will really open up to his new owners once he's in a good home! Casper is looking for a great home where he can be the only "child" in the house. In his previous home, he was very jealous of the children when they received attention.
