Hi, my name is Tasha and I have to find my new forever home.  I am a super sweet girl and love my people!  Like most eskies, I need the typical warm up period around people I don’t know, but that doesn’t last very long and then I’m your best friend!   Sometimes I’m a little nervous around strange dogs and people in uniform when I’m on my walk – but I don’t get aggressive with them at all.

I am completely housetrained and I’m totally healthy.  I like to play with my humans and also do well with other dogs.  I haven’t ever been around any other animals though.  I am great with people and kids too.  I love to go for car rides and walks!  I also do really well with grooming…I am used to being brushed and don’t mind it at all! 

Overall I’m just the sweetest girl and love to spend time with my family.  I follow my family around everywhere so I can keep an eye on them and make sure I know what’s going on. 

I would love to find my new family soon.  I have lots of love and eskie kisses to give!  You will love having me as part of your family – I won’t let you down!  If you are interested in me, the first step is to fill out the adoption application to get the process started.  I hope I hear from you soon!

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
