~*LOCATION: INDIANAPOLIS, IN*~ Wiley is a standard Eskie so he is a knee-high dog. He is very healthy and athletic. Wiley is loved very much in his foster home. He’s very loyal and friendly. He respects the human things around the house, never jumps on the furniture, and doesn’t mark or chew. He is completely housebroken and has learned how to “ring the bell” when he wants to go outside. Wiley is clicker trained and he loves training sessions. He quickly responds to commands: sit, down, spin, roll over, shake, just to name a few, and he can learn new things with extraordinary speed since he is so eager to please. Wiley needs more leash training and prefers a faster pace jog or roller blade lead if it can be provided for him. He does not bark excessively but keeps a watchful eye on his territory, sounding an alarm when something is near the house. Wiley gets along well with the resident dog but he is a rough player so would not be a good match for a docile or senior canine sibling. Wiley loves children but would probably do best if they were not too young. He definitely needs a fenced yard because he will chase small animals such as rabbits and squirrels. If you are able to give Wiley the structure that he needs, you will be rewarded with a trustworthy and outstanding Eskimo Dog as we have found him to be!
