This lovely young guy was found roaming the streets of West Seattle. Attempts were made to find an owner, but no luck. He's thought to be an American Eskimo/Pomeranian mix and the vet believes he's about a year old according to his teeth (which are all pearly white). He is approximately 15 lbs, extremely sweet, and definitely a lap dog who likes to cuddle with his human friends. Paartha has been neutered, microchipped, and given his shots. He is house broken but shoes are his arch nemesis so he may destroy them! He doesn't chew on furniture, and sleeps very well in bed. He is resilient and adapts very well to new environments, and is quite a charmer. He's good with other animals (he lived with 6 cats, a 5 month-old puppy and 6 chickens). Very important to know is that he was diagnosed with progressive retinal atrophy (inherited retinal degeneration) in both of his eyes which will lead to complete blindness. Paartha requires a home with a fenced yard for play/potty (but spending most of his time indoors), someone to give him the love and attention he deserves and be considerate of his blindness (not make him run up 30 flights of stairs without preparing him in advance).
