I'm just coming into rescue so I will be available soon. I'm just going to tell you a little bit about me in case you want to get in line for my adoption, because when I'm ready to go, I'm going to be one popular little guy! I was struttin' the streets when some dude from animal control caught me and put me in doggie jail. Some nice lady came along and rescued my furry white butt and now I'm at my foster home. I'm a very playful, young fella and I have really neat golden eyes! I'm on the skinny side because I've been fending for myself and myself is not very good at serving up the scrumptious tastey dinners I'm getting now. Wow! My foster parents groomed me and fed me and played with me and will help me get healthy. So far my rescuer and my foster parents say I'm a real sweet guy. They'll come back and tell you more about me soon. I'm a cutie, so it won't take very long for applications to come in, so get ahead in line and give my foster mom a holler! If you're interested in me and would like more information, please contact Kim and Jeff at: kim@eskierescuersunited.org. You can also click here to fill out an adoption application for me. Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state. To get me to you, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad," which is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain portion of the transport. (We always ask that you, as the adopter, help out by taking the final leg.) If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you may have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). There is a $150 adoption fee required, and please be aware that Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs. Lots of Eskie hugs and kisses! and#9829;Cassiniand#9829; Eskie Rescuers United Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered).
