Hello, my name is Harley and I am a young male eskie. I have been loved ever since I came to my new home. They treat me wonderfully but they work so much that they don't have enough time for me. I need someone to love me and play with me. My foster mom has 2 older Eskies and we play all the time, sometimes too much. They get tired cause they are 10 years old and I am just a baby. :o)

I am a 23 pound beautiful guy. I am 3 years old and so cute you will never want to let me go. I am very social. I love everyone, children, other dogs but I don't know about cats. I am neutered and current on all my vaccinations as well as on heartworm and flea prevention. I am house broken but I don't know how to tell you I want to go out. Once you know me you will figure it out. I talk the Eskie talk. I am crate trained but my foster mom keeps me behind a gate. It works well for me and I have room to play with all my toys (and I have a lot of them!).

I love to give kisses and hugs. In the evening my choice is to snuggle on my foster mom's lap, she loves me very much. I am really a good walker. My foster sisters and me go for long walks. I love playing with balls. I also love running in the yard with my foster sister; she catches the frisbie and I bring it back. I have had my first round of obedience training. I can sit and I really do try to listen. My goal is to please and I try so hard.

My foster mom and dad love me so much. They say I am a perfect little boy and all I need is a new forever home. Wouldn't you love to be my new family? We could grow old together and I will love you forever.

For more information on me, please contact Jim at: jim@eskierescuers.org.

You can also go to our web site at: www.eskierescuers.org and fill out an adoption application for me! There is an adoption fee required to adopt me. Also, please be aware that Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out our fosters as outdoor dogs.

Thank you and WOOF!

Harley!

More about Harley

Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
