Hello, my name is Paddington! I'm an approximately 4-year old American Eskimo boy who weighs 24 pounds. My foster mommy says I'm a total WINNER and would love to keep me for herself if she didn't already have a household full of other furry critters like myself! I'm a VERY handsome fellow with a beautiful coat that is so soft and thick! I'm very healthy. I'm neutered, current on all my vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention, as well as on flea and tick prevention. I'm also housebroken and kennel-trained. In fact, I love my kennel, where you'll often find me napping or chewing on my favorite toy (even when it's playtime). I'm extremely laid back and not at all hyper. My foster mommy says I walk on a leash like a pro and will not pull or run or tug! (She's so nice and so good to me that I only want to please her!) I get along well with all my foster brothers and sisters, and am not in the least aggressive or "alpha." I love to play with my stuffed toys-you should see how proud I am of myself when I bring them back to you! :o) I always come when I'm called and will not jump up on people, because I'm so very polite! I also know the sit command. My foster mommy says I have some cute traits that I've come up with all by myself. For example, when the phone rings I will run over to it and sit there tilting my head to the side, as if I were trying to figure out a way to answer it for you! Also, when I sit in my foster mommy's lap I will gently place a paw on her face, like I was saying, "I love you." I will also sit in her lap and give her a special Eskie hug by placing my arms around her neck and then give her lots of Eskie kisses! Wouldn't you love to have me in your life so I can give YOU those affectionate hugs and kisses? I know I'm waiting for my new forever family-will that be you? If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you!
