Hi, my name is Allee! I'm an 8-month old miniature American Eskimo girl who weighs 15 pounds. My previous owners gave me up because they said their son had suddenly developed allergies, but I'm so cute and super sweet, how could anyone possibly be allergic to me?! :o)

I will be spayed and tested for heartworms the week of 9/8/04, but am already current on all my shots. I was very quiet when I first got to my foster home, but my foster mommy and all my new foster siblings (four Eskies and a chow) made me feel so welcome that I quickly came out of my shell. Now I just LOVE playing with them, and I already feel right at home!

My foster mommy says I'm a real beauty and don't have a mean bone in my body, so I should get along great with everyone-people (including kids of all ages), cats and other dogs. I love to give sweet little kisses on your nose! I would make a wonderful companion for any family lucky enough to adopt me-will that be you? Wouldn't you love to have me in your home and give me a chance at a wonderful life?

If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Simpsonville, SC with my foster mommy, Leah. If you would like to know more about me, please send an e-mail right away!

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
