Rocky is a three year old American Eskimo. I am looking for an older female willing to adopt him. He needs a calm person to love and watch over in a peaceful environment. He is extremely loving and loyal but has attached himself to primarily one family member. Right now he lives with a family but he would do better living with just one person. He needs someone gentle and reassuring because he is a somewhat anxious dog and has some difficulty adapting to changes unless they are introduced slowly (or with a treat). He is extremely intelligent, sensitive and obedient. He is house trained and follows commands easily. He will require at least a small fenced yard to potty or several opportunities to walk a day. He will come will lots of toys, treats, and a Banfield pet insurance plan until April 2015. Although I am not asking for money for Rocky, he may not be placed with the first inquiry. It must be a good fit for Rocky and the adoptive person and will require providing some background about yourself. I appreciate your interest.
