![]() My little foster boy mischief crossed rainbow bridge today after finding out that he had been suffering with cancer for how long we don’t know. I had him only a month. He was only 8 years old but looked and acted 16. He was a gentle boy even tho the shelter deemed him aggressive. I knew in 5 min why he was snappy. I saw his picture and said to myself he will not die in that shelter. I think I knew then he would not be around that long but wanted to give him the best I could for as long as I could. I just wish it was longer. RIP my sweet boy. I am sure my fur crew has welcomed u with open arms and will show you the way. I loved you the minute I saw you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️...Cheryl Richardson Brookman, October 15, 2020 ![]() Today I had no choice but to let my little rescue Ghost cross the bridge. He was with me only a short time, but he was a great boy and loved Jeep rides and camping with me. I'll see you again Ghosty Boy! Love you baby!!!......Blake Mize, October 15, 2020 ![]() Please keep us in your prayers. I will be helping my precious Jackson to the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. He will be joining our precious little hoochie mooch, his wife, Miss Heidi. He would be celebrating his 15 birthday Nov. 11. I made him a promise he wouldn't suffer. Today is the day I keep my promise. They are the precious bonded seniors I adopted Dec. 14, 2019 from ERU.........Mary Lodes, October 13, 2020 ![]() Dixie passed over Rainbow bridge this morning . Feeling very sad........Stephan Wright, October 2, 2020 ![]() Sweet Charlie I didn’t know you as a puppy, for that was not my time I didn’t know you as a young dog, for that was not my time I didn’t know you as an adult dog , for it still wasn’t time. I met you as a senior and you were right on time. Do I wish I could have shared all the time with you? Of course I do, but it has been an extraordinary privilege to be your mom in the twilight of your life. You claimed me from the first moment we met and stayed loyal till your last breath. I’ll miss your squeals of joy to go outside and your “tick tock” tail that told me you were happy. The click clack of your paws shuffling across the floor is gone now and your catching rabbits on the other side of the rainbow, not just in your dreams. When you look down and see my eyes watering, it’s not because you were bad. It’s because you were so good my heart couldn’t hold all the love. You’re the most brave boy I know. ❤️ .........Leslie Braddock, September 15, 2020 Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
